Mr. Amit Arora is working as Manager at Global Development Centre. He is more than 18 years of professional experience. He has worked with India’s leading IT organization and media houses. Amit has contributed in the field of quality assurance, software testing, market research, news research and electronic/social media.

He has conducted research work on topics ranging from telecom, manufacturing, ICT, mobile money. He has worked in the area of content management for websites and handling social media accounts.

Dr Amit Das is an academician, researcher, and policy professional serving as Advisor (Digital), DAKSHIN – Global South Centre of Excellence, an initiative under the flagship of the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi, India.

Prateek Sharma is a Consultant at RIS, where his work focuses on international trade policy, regional trade agreements, and quantitative trade analysis. His current research supports the ASEAN-India Centre (AIC) at RIS through trade potential assessments, tariff and market access analysis, and policy-oriented research. His research interests include international trade, regional economic integration, trade competitiveness, and global value chains.

Krithika Manoj is a Consultant (Economics) at RIS, New Delhi. She holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune and a bachelor's degree in B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University, and is UGC-NET qualified in Economics. Her research interests lie in international trade, data analysis, and economic policy, with a focus on free trade agreements and emerging issues in the global trading system.

Ms. Krishna Bhattacharya is a Consultant (Legal) at RIS, where she works with the ASEAN-India Centre and contributes to research on ASEAN engagement, international trade, and related policy issues. Her research interests include international trade law, with a particular focus on emerging trends in the global trade landscape. Previously, she worked on legal and policy issues relating to international economic law, trade remedies, and India’s free trade negotiations.

Dr. Shishir Shrotriya is the Coordinator of Centre for Maritime Economy and Connectivity (CMEC) at RIS.

Dr. Monika Kochar is an Advisor Health with DAKSHIN- Global South Centre of Excellence under the aegis of Research and Innovation System for developing Countries, New Delhi. She is a public health professional with a master's degree in public health from the Johns Hopkins University. She has an extensive experience of 25 years in the healthcare sector predominantly within the public health systems. Her work experience includes health related policy analysis, health system strenthening and project implementation in resource limited settings.

Dr. Rajan Sudesh Ratna joined DAKSHIN – Global South Centre of Excellence at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi, on 1 April 2026 as Coordinator. In this capacity, he provides strategic leadership to the Centre, guiding its academic and programmatic agenda to foster meaningful multi-country collaboration across the Global South.
