The Centre for Maritime Economy and Connectivity (CMEC) at Research and Information System for developing countries (RIS) conducts Research in Maritime sector with reference to engagements with other maritime nations / regions / alliances, as well as India’s growth in the maritime sectors elaborated in the Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision (MAKV) -2047 and Maritime India Vision (MIV) – 2030. CMEC is looking for Consultant (Maritime Logistics & Supply Chains)

Post Graduation in Economics / Statistics/MBA in Shipping and logistics/ Two-year PG Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics with upper age limit are 45 years.

Candidate with Ph D and five years work experience in Shipping or Port logistics or 10 years work experience would be preferred.

Remuneration:             

• The remuneration would commensurate with qualifications and experience in line with pay level of Assistant Professor (Level 11)

• Shortlisted candidates in terms of requisite  qualifications and experience would be called for interview at RIS.  Successful candidates would be immediately appointed or empanelled for upcoming vacancies upon fulfilment of procedural requirements, including submission of a medical certificate of health etc.
