Mr. Omegere John Patrick is a resource person at the Global Development Centre (GDC) since 2020. His previous Research engagements were with the Research and Information Systems (RIS) for developing Countries, New Delhi; and Observer Research Foundation (ORF), Mumbai.

He specializes in South-South and Trilateral cooperation, and especially keen on India-Africa cooperation in Agriculture and Food Security, Health, and Technology for Development.

He is a graduate of MA- International Studies from Symbiosis School of International Studies, and Bachelors of Commerce from Pune University.
