Dr. Sneha Sinha is a Consultant at RIS, and her work focuses on science diplomacy and science, technology and innovation (STI) policy - related issues. Since joining RIS in February 2020, she has contributed to the RIS Science Diplomacy and STI Policy work programme. She is involved in the editorial process of the Science Diplomacy Review and Science Diplomacy News Alert and has contributed to the development of a Level 1 course on Science Diplomacy for the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Science Policy Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University and an M.A. and B.A. (Hons.) in History from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She has received fellowships and grants from the Charles Wallace India Trust, the Indian Council of Historical Research, and the Indian Council of Social Science Research. She has published research articles, book chapters, policy briefs and commentaries, and has presented her work at national and international conferences and forums.
