Dr. Monika Kochar is an Advisor Health with DAKSHIN- Global South Centre of Excellence under the aegis of Research and Innovation System for developing Countries, New Delhi. She is a public health professional with a master's degree in public health from the Johns Hopkins University. She has an extensive experience of 25 years in the healthcare sector predominantly within the public health systems. Her work experience includes health related policy analysis, health system strenthening and project implementation in resource limited settings. Dr Kochar has a passion to improve health care delivery and has extensively worked with state and national health agencies over several projects with an objective to bring sustainable equity in health care.
