Dr. Jaswant Singh Kain is Consultant at CMEC, RIS. He is a PhD from Department of East Asian Studies, University of Delhi. He worked on ‘India-South Korea Strategic Cooperation Since 1991: Challenges and Opportunities’.

He is Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Korean Studies from Centre for East Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He has completed his Masters and Bachelors in Korean Language from School of Languages, Literature and Culture Studies (SLL&CS), JNU. New Delhi He has worked with Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad for 14 years. He is the recipient of prestigious Korean Foundation scholarship from Korea foundation in 2004.

He is Currently Working on Kandla –Tuticorin Green Coastal Corridor and Feasibility of Near Costal Voyages (NCV) in India.
